PDF of the back of the bookmark.

PDF of the front of the bookmark.

PDF duplex for printers that print on both sides of the page. (Set your printer to flip on the short edge of the page.)

You can print these bookmarks off on your own printer or take the file to a print shop or copy shop. If you have a duplex printer that prints on both sides of the page, set it to flip on the short end. If you don't have a duplex printer, print a bunch of page one, and then flip the stack and print a bunch of page two. You'll have to experiment with your printer to see if you should flip on the long edge or the short edge.
