I read Love and Friendship by Jane Austen and The Dreaming Swimmer by Elizabeth Ogilvie, plus finished The Horse and His Boy. I liked them all, but the Austen book was *nothing* like I expected. On the list of things I know are already being planned - I really cannot wait for The Horse and His Boy - tis my FAVORITE Narnia, and I soooo want it to be done well. ... bear to get rid of them. So, I used them for this project. The top level is Prince Caspian and the lower level is The Horse and His Boy. Oh, and, #16 - personally I love The Horse and his Boy and dislike The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (except for its beautiful title) - so there you go. Differences of opinion again, making LT go round... :) ... in with the wrong work (for example, I just separated a few copies of Voyage of the Dawn Treader that got lumped into Horse and His Boy due to the various ways of ordering the Narnia series), it would still be a two-step process, but that would still be a LOT faster than finding and ... ... I have been having trouble getting through The Horse and his Boy by C.S. Lewis. This Chronicles of Narnia book seems to have no relevance to any other book in the series, and I am finding it a bore to get through. But I want to get through all of the Narnia books, so I am suffering through it. I'm about 60 pages into The Savage Detectives; it's moving along - some very funny passages (detailed anguish of a sex and literature mad adolescent wandering Mexico City "in the grips of my virginity", suffering from "fellatio interupta", etc.). More later. ... people.
